Webhooks & Alerts
Webhooks can be a primary entrypoint into the RunWhen Platform, accepting any json payload from alerting systems or custom scripts to trigger RunSessions or other Workflows.
In most cases, RunWhen will accept any payload and hand it off to a lightweight processor (see CodeBundles) to determine the next appropriate step - often assigning an Engineering Assistant to run related troubleshooting tasks.
