RunSession Reports

RunSession Reports contain:

• A summary and timeline of all tasks run

• All discovered Issues, along with issue severity and suggested Next Steps

• A full report with verbose details from each task that was executed

• Analytics about the report, such as the duration, time saved, team members, and involved SLXs (See Points on the Map (SLXs))

RunSession Summary

The Summary tab displays each SLX involved in the RunSesssion, along with:

• Each Task run in the SLX

• All Issues identified while running each Task

• When the Task was run

• A link to the specific details of the Task (including debug information)

RunSession Issues

The Issues tab provides detail about specific Issues that were raised while running Tasks, including:

• The issue ID and description

• A link to the issue detail in the Full Report

• Suggested Next Steps, with the ability to act on them

• A link to escalate the issue to the service owner

RunSession Full Report

The Full Report tab provides a time-based linear report from all task output, along with additional Issue details as they were identified during Task execution.

RunSession Analytics

The Analytics tab provides:

• A total amount of tasks that were executed, and duration of those Tasks

• Which SLXs were involved, along with how many Tasks were run and Issues raised for each SLX

• The estimated time savings

• Who was involved in the RunSession (including team members, resource owners, and Code Bundle authors)

• A link to the Google Sheets Analytics template for additional detail and further customization
