RunSessions
A RunSession captures all events and activities that occur when troubleshooting, and is comprised of:
A name, which can be:
Customized for your team and the issue you're investigating, such as "Troubleshoot Cart Service"
Auto-generated (when quickly running tasks from different Points on the Map (SLXs))
A series of Troubleshooting Tasks, which can be:
Added by your team members
Added by a Digital Assistant
A report (see RunSession Reports), which contains:
A summary and timeline of all tasks run
All discovered Issues, along with issue severity and suggested Next Steps
A full report with verbose details from each task that was executed
Analytics about the report, such as the duration, time saved, team members, and involved SLXs (See Points on the Map (SLXs))
Starting a RunSession from the Map
RunSessions can be started by:
Selecting Tasks from Points on the Map (SLXs)

Adding Tasks to a RunSession
Tasks can be added to any RunSession by simply selecting the existing RunSession name.
