Points on the Map (SLXs)

What exactly is an SLX? It's a point on the map.

An SLX (ServiceLevelX) is a point on the map that represents a service or a service component. An SLX contains a bundle of configuration for Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and automated tasks (TaskSets) that relate to the service or service component.
