Engineering Assistants

Engineering Assistants help figure out what to run, and when.

Engineering Assistants are "always-on" personas that belong to a Workspace (see Workspaces) which are virtual members of your team. Engineering Assistants can:

• Suggest which troubleshooting tasks to run:

  • Based on any question, such as "HTTP 500 Errors" or "Cart Service is Crashing"

  • Based any Next Step that is generated by an Issue

• Automatically run troubleshooting tasks:

  • At the beginning of a RunSession (see RunSessions)

  • Based on any Next Step is generated by an Issue

Asking Engineering Assistants for Suggestions

Engineering Assistants can be asked to provide recommended troubleshooting tasks from your workspace that match a desired question or issue. To do this:

• Select the Command Bar

• Start typing in your question

• Select a Engineering Assistant

• Review the suggested Troubleshooting Tasks
