This Code of Conduct outlines the principles and expectations that guide how we work—with each other, with customers, and with the broader community.

Legal Compliance
All employees are expected to conduct business in compliance with:
Applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
Customer and partner contractual obligations
Internal policies related to privacy, security, and responsible technology use
Conflicts of Interest
Employees must avoid situations where their personal, financial, or external interests may interfere with the interests of RunWhen or its customers. Any potential conflict must be disclosed to management or the Security and Compliance Team.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
We respect and protect the confidentiality of sensitive information belonging to our customers, partners, and colleagues. All employees are expected to:
Use confidential information only for legitimate business purposes
Safeguard all customer operational metadata and automation artifacts
Follow RunWhen’s privacy and data security policies as published
Anti-Bribery & Gifts
Employees may not offer, give, solicit, or accept anything of value—including gifts, entertainment, or favors—that could be construed as influencing a business decision. Any offer of this nature must be reported to the Security and Compliance Team.
Non-Compliance
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. All reported violations are investigated promptly and fairly.
Employee Acknowledgment & Acceptance
All new employees are provided with a copy of this Code of Conduct during onboarding. Each team member is required to confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the Code. Acknowledgment is collected through our onboarding platform and maintained for audit purposes.
